NITEP Absence Report Form
Your absence report will be forwarded to your NITEP instructors. It is your responsibility to inquire about and make up for any assignments missed due to this absence. In addition, it is your responsibility to communicate your absences to any non-Education classes you are taking, and to ensure you remain caught up in materials. If you would like support writing this email, or requesting in-term concessions, please email Alexis at alexis.okabe@ubc.ca separately.
If you are missing observation(s), please forward this email confirmation to your Instructor as well as your host teacher.
